Asia Pacific Department Conference Invitation

Aloha Sir Knights:

This is your invitation to attend the Asia Pacific Commandery Department Conference of the Grand Encampment of Knights Templar, which will take place at the Grand Lodge of China located at No 10, Lane 201, Section 2, Chang-An East Road, Taipei, Taiwan, ROC, on Friday, October 30, 2026.

While the Asia Pacific Commandery Conference is open to all Sir Knights in good standing, the Grand Commander, Deputy Grand Commander, Grand Generalissimo, Grand Captain General, and Grand Recorder are required to attend the conference along with the elected officers of subordinate Commanderies, in accordance with Section 114 (b) of the Constitution and Statutes of the Grand Encampment. This includes the aforementioned officers of the:

Grand Commandery of the Philippines;

Taipei Commandery No. 1; and

Tokyo Commandery No. 1.

If any of the aforementioned Officers are unable to attend, a request for excusal must be made to the Grand Master of the Grand Encampment.

During the Knights Templar Conference, each Grand Commander and Commandery subordinate to the Grand Encampment will be called upon to provide a brief account of the activities occurring and planned within your respective Grand Commandery or Commandery.

Preferred attire for this conference includes a collared shirt and slacks or khakis. A Knight Templar Uniform is not required; however, those wishing to have their uniform reviewed and/or commented on may wear or bring one with them.

The Conference will commence at 9:00 am on Friday and will conclude prior to 3:00 pm that afternoon. A light breakfast and lunch will be provided by the Taipei Commandery No. 1 and are included in your registration fees.

All Sir Knights who wish to attend are requested to use the registration form available on this site in order to ensure adequate space and resources.
