Welcome

Welcome to the Asia Pacific Department Conference of the Grand Encampment of Knights Templar to be held on Thursday, October 17, 2024, at the Scottish Rite Temple in Metro Manila, Philippines. The preferred attire for this conference is a Knight Templar Class A Uniform. If a Sir Knight does not have a Class A Uniform, then a coat and tie is acceptable. 

Pursuant to Section 114 (b) of the Constitution and Statutes of the Grand Encampment, each Grand Commander, Deputy Grand Commander, Grand Generalissimo, Grand Captain General, and Grand Recorder are required to attend the conference. I call upon each Grand Commander in the Department to impress upon these Officers that this is a required function. If one of the aforesaid Officers is unable to attend, he must request excusal from the Grand Master of Grand Encampment. 

This conference is open to all Sir Knights. I urge the Commanders within the Asia Pacific Department to encourage their Sir Knights to attend.

Each Grand Commander and subordinate Commander will be called upon during the conference to give a brief account of the activities that occurred throughout the last year, as well as, activities planned in the upcoming year.
