The Asia Pacific Department Conference includes the Grand Commandery of the Philippines and the Subordinate Commanderies of China and Japan.

Registration fees cover the cost of the rental space and meals. 

Payment may be made to the Grand Commandery of the Philippines. They accept cash (Philippine Pesos and USD).

All elected Grand Commandery Officers of the Grand Commadery of the Philippines and all elected officers of the Subordinate Commanderies of China and Japan.

All Sir Knights in good standing with all the Commanderies under Grand Commanderies and Suborinate Commanderies of the Grand Encampment of Knights Templar.
